Role Overview
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and supply of goods and services for the company. This role focuses on securing cost-effective deals, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Research, evaluate, and procure goods and services required for daily operations or resale.
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors.
  • Review and approve purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, controls, and performance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise procurement staff.
  • Analyze data and develop strategies to mitigate procurement risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Promote cost-saving initiatives and efficiency in procurement processes.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure contracts are beneficial and compliant.
  • Provide updates and key reports to senior procurement leadership.
  • Stay informed about market trends and product availability to secure the best value for the company.
