SIMEO TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a Digital Growth & E-commerce Associate in Uganda to support our fast-growing online sales and digital marketing operations.

 Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing & Online Sales Duties

As a Digital Growth & E-commerce Associate in Uganda, your daily tasks will include:

 Social Media Content Creation

• Create and post engaging daily content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Status
• Develop short videos, promotional posts, and product highlights
• Follow trending content styles to increase reach and engagement in the Ugandan market

 Customer Engagement & Online Communication

• Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, inbox, and social media comments
• Provide clear information about products, pricing, and services
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers through consistent communication

 Lead Generation & Tracking

• Identify and collect potential customer leads from social media platforms
• Maintain records of interested customers and follow up regularly
• Support the sales team by providing qualified leads

 Sales Support & Conversion

• Guide customers from inquiry stage to purchase stage
• Follow up on leads until they complete a purchase
• Help improve conversion rates through active engagement and persuasion

 Requirements & Qualifications – Who Can Apply

• Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Ability to create short videos or appear confidently on camera
