2. Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Sales Representative, your role will combine sales execution, customer education, and relationship management.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in insurance, pensions, and investment products
- Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and renewals
- Provide personalized financial solutions based on client needs
Product Promotion & Education
- Explain insurance and investment products in a clear and simple way
- Help clients understand benefits, risks, and long term value of financial products
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations when needed
Market Research & Strategy Support
- Monitor market trends in Uganda’s financial services sector
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market changes
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
3. Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in presenting financial products to clients
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets
- Basic knowledge of insurance, pensions, or investment products is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus

4. Salary Range (Expected Range)
For an Executive Sales Representative in Uganda’s financial services sector:
Expected Salary Range: UGX 800,000 – UGX 2,500,000 per month
