Concepts Café, part of Family Concepts Center (FCC), is hiring a friendly, fast, and detail focused Waitress to join our hospitality team.

In real terms, your job will involve taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean dining space, and guiding clients through different services offered within FCC such as workspace access, grooming, and laundry services.

2. Key Responsibilities

As a Waitress at Concepts Café, your daily duties will focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Customer Service & Order Handling

  • Welcome customers warmly and guide them to seating areas
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the system
  • Serve meals and beverages quickly while maintaining quality standards
  • Handle takeaway and simple delivery orders

Fast and Accurate Service Delivery

  • Ensure orders are processed and delivered within expected service time
  • Double check orders before serving to avoid mistakes
  • Maintain calm and professional communication even during busy hours

Café Cleanliness & Organization

  • Clean tables immediately after customers leave
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming café environment
  • Ensure service areas are fully stocked with items like napkins, cutlery, and condiments
  • Support hygiene standards in food serving areas

Customer Experience & Guidance

  • Greet customers warmly when they arrive and thank them when they leave
  • Inform customers about menu specials and available offers
  • Help guide clients to other FCC services when needed

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation
  • Communicate with other FCC departments such as workspace, grooming, and laundry teams
  • Assist during busy hours and events to ensure smooth operations
