This role focuses on creating visual content that supports communication, marketing, and brand visibility. You will design materials used both online and offline and help turn technical health information into simple visuals that people can understand.
In daily work, you will design social media posts, brochures, reports, and presentations. You will also take photos during events and field activities, then organize and store them for future use. Your work will help the company communicate its products and impact clearly.

- Key Responsibilities
You will design materials such as posters, brochures, infographics, and social media content.
You will convert complex medical or technical information into simple visual formats.
You will support communication campaigns by creating visuals that attract and inform audiences.
You will ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines.
You will create templates for reports, presentations, and other materials.
You will produce visual content for digital platforms such as websites and email campaigns.
You will take professional photos during events and field work.
You will edit and organize photos and maintain a library of visual content.

You will support staff by guiding them on basic design and branding standards.
- Requirements and Qualifications
You need a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
You must have 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design.
You need a strong portfolio showing both print and digital design work.
You should have skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
You must have experience in photography and visual content creation.
Experience working in a corporate, NGO, or public sector environment is an added advantage.
You need good communication skills to work with different teams.
- Salary Range Estimate
Expected range, UGX 2,000,000 to UGX 4,500,000 per month.
This depends on experience, portfolio quality, and technical skills.
