About the Role

The Sales Broker at EcoFlow is a pivotal position that drives the adoption of innovative portable power solutions across Uganda. This role not only focuses on increasing market share but also plays a crucial part in promoting sustainable energy practices, making a tangible impact in communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand EcoFlow’s retail and distribution network in designated regions.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Enhance sell-in and sell-through performance across various retail channels.
  • Oversee product visibility, merchandising, and stock turnover in partner outlets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with chain stores, distributors, and independent retailers.
  • Conduct market visits to analyze competitor activities and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide training for retail staff and channel partners on EcoFlow products and benefits.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Share timely insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate promotional initiatives and in-store activities to boost brand visibility and sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar energy, mobile phone/ICT, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing retail channels and dealer networks effectively.
  • Experience in executing successful sell-in and sell-through strategies.
  • Ability to meet sales targets while ensuring efficient stock movement with retail partners.
  • Ownership of a personal computer for remote reporting and sales data management.
  • Access to a private vehicle for regular field visits and partner engagement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
