About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • You will prepare and serve a diverse selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area will be one of your primary tasks, which includes regularly restocking supplies and ensuring all bar equipment is properly sanitized and functional.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner is crucial; you will take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure that every guest feels valued and attended to.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction is part of your role, and you will promptly address any concerns or complaints to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of an S.4 UCE Certificate is required to ensure foundational knowledge and skills.
