About the Role

The Team Lead position at Transparent BPO is a pivotal role within the organization, aimed at fostering a high-performing environment for the contact center team. In the initial months, new Team Leads will immerse themselves in understanding team dynamics, operational workflows, and performance metrics. By establishing a positive atmosphere, the Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring that both individual and team objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities clearly, thus promoting accountability and efficiency.
  • Arriving at least 10-15 minutes early for each shift is essential for preparing and conducting effective morning meetings that set the tone for the day.
  • As a Team Lead, you will routinely provide directions to staff, ensuring that established procedures are followed to maintain high service quality.
  • In situations where special adjustments are needed, the Team Lead will step in to offer advice or authorize necessary changes to keep operations running smoothly.
  • The role involves scheduling team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours, thus enhancing customer service delivery.
  • Daily attendance reports must be compiled and communicated to management, along with the tracking of logged-in and break times for agents to optimize workflow.
  • The Team Lead will also address and rectify payroll errors from the previous day, ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time.

Requirements & Qualifications
