About the Role
The Application & Process Support Specialist at Two Coast Living plays a crucial role in ensuring that our property management systems operate seamlessly and efficiently. This position exists to support our teams and enhance their confidence in using technology solutions that are vital for daily operations. In the initial months, you will immerse yourself in understanding our systems, meet cross-functional teams, and begin managing support tickets while providing training to empower staff. Your efforts will directly impact the productivity of our on-site and regional teams, making this role essential to our organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and resolve incoming support tickets for Entrata and other critical platforms, ensuring that all staff members are kept well-informed and equipped to tackle their daily tasks.
- As a troubleshooter, you will dive deep into lease workflows and resident ledger issues, resolving them efficiently to maintain smooth operations throughout the organization.
- Your role will involve leading virtual training sessions, and occasionally on-site workshops, to educate teams on system features, updates, and best practices to enhance their technical skills.
- Conducting regular system audits will be part of your responsibilities, aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement that enhance accuracy and reduce future support requirements.
- You will collaborate with IT, Operations, and vendor partners to test new features, implement system updates, and develop more efficient workflows that benefit the entire organization.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive, user-friendly documentation and resources will empower teams to resolve their own issues effectively, promoting a culture of self-sufficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the property management or a related sector, is essential for this position.
- You should possess a strong understanding of property management systems, particularly Entrata, and have experience troubleshooting various technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial; you must be able to convey technical information to non-technical users clearly and respectfully.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement will be vital in refining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Experience in training and mentoring others, whether through writing guides or leading training sessions, is highly valued for this role.
