3. The Bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application letter to the address above at (2) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Bidders are advised to visit the URA Website at www.ura.go.ug to generate the Payment Registration Number (PRN), The method of payment will be EFT through any of the 21 banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.
