About the Role

In your first few months, you will collaborate closely with the team to understand the brand’s unique voice and contribute to the ongoing rollout of multi-platform content. Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging 5–10 minute YouTube videos that incorporate voice-to-camera storytelling and thoughtful b-roll footage, maintaining an intuitive pacing that captivates viewers.
• Produce short-form vertical videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring that content is tailored to the specific formats and audience preferences of each platform.
• Collaborate with the content team on a multi-platform content rollout, providing timely edits and creative suggestions that align with the overarching narrative.
• Design visually appealing thumbnails, blog headers, and Patreon banners, utilizing your graphic design skills to create a cohesive visual experience across all content.
• Embrace a flexible approach to editing, allowing for spontaneous creativity and adjustments based on the emotional context of the content being produced.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that all creative visions are aligned, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere that fosters innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A proven track record in video editing for YouTube and social media, demonstrating a strong understanding of both horizontal and vertical content formats.
• Proficiency in using editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut, with the ability to edit efficiently without compromising the soul of the content.
• Experience in working with content creators, particularly in niche markets or spiritual spaces, is highly desirable.
