Claims Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Claims Officer committed to providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process insurance claims from initiation through to final settlement
• Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and service providers
• Investigate claims and evaluate their validity
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in claims processing is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
