Key Responsibilities

  • You will design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies that are aligned with the organizational objectives and cater to the specific needs of the workforce.

  • Organizing staff welfare activities, team-building events, and cultural initiatives will be essential to strengthen relationships among employees and create a more connected workplace.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • The successful candidate must be a Ugandan national with valid documentation to work in Uganda without restrictions.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized institution is essential.
  • You should have a minimum of four years of progressive experience in HR roles, focusing specifically on employee engagement, relations, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing engagement initiatives in fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environments is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are necessary to build trust across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in conducting employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions will be crucial for diagnosing workplace climate and engagement levels.
