About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Female Nurse to become an integral part of our private clinic team in Kampala. This position is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care while promoting a secure and supportive environment for all individuals seeking medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
• Assist in various medical procedures and examinations under physician supervision.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure a clean and sterile environment within the clinic.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate comprehensive patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and deliver immediate care when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification recognized in Uganda.
• Strong understanding of medical procedures and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced healthcare environments.
