Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet every customer entering the store, taking the time to assess their fitness objectives and suggest suitable apparel, footwear, or accessories tailored to their needs.
Meet daily and weekly sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling complementary items, and consistently tracking your performance against established benchmarks.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop floor by restocking shelves, folding garments, arranging displays, and ensuring that merchandising standards are upheld at all times.
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately, handling cash, card, and mobile money payments, while issuing receipts and balancing the till at the end of your shifts.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts, notifying management of fast-moving items and assisting with the reception of new shipments to ensure popular products remain available.
Provide personalized styling advice to customers, demonstrating product features and educating them on the proper use and care of athletic gear to enhance their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
Female applicants aged between 25 and 30 years old are preferred, aligning with the energetic culture of DoneAthletics.
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, while further education in retail management or a related field is advantageous.
