About the Role

As a Finance & Admin Officer at ZOA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and administrative efficiency within our programs. This position is crucial for supporting our mission to assist those affected by conflict and disasters, enabling them to regain their livelihoods and rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records for the CCCD Program.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including procurement and logistical support for program activities.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support the Finance Manager in audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and administration, preferably in an NGO setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
