Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for B2B partners, addressing their requests for hotels, transportation, and unique excursions on a global scale.
Develop personalized commercial proposals that meet the specific needs and expectations of clients, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Engage in thorough research to identify and secure the best accommodation options and travel services available in diverse markets worldwide.
Negotiate directly with suppliers to establish favorable rates, cancellation policies, and booking conditions that align with company standards.
Provide comprehensive operational support throughout the booking process, including handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Ensure that all communications reflect RateHawk’s commitment to excellence by maintaining a friendly, confident, and detail-oriented tone.
Requirements & Qualifications
A solid background in the tourism sector, including experience with travel management companies (TMCs), destination management companies (DMCs), or similar organizations.
Proficiency in English and Russian at an upper-intermediate level (B2+), enabling effective communication with international partners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating responsibility, attention to detail, and resilience in managing a high workload.
A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of addressing complex booking issues and inquiries with ease and professionalism.
