About the Role

TheSoul Group is seeking a dynamic Video Creator/Reaction Actor who will become the vibrant face of our engaging content. This role is crucial as it bridges the gap between creativity and audience connection, allowing you to express your unique personality in a way that resonates deeply with viewers. In your first few months, you will immerse yourself in the brand’s creative process, familiarize yourself with our values, and collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver captivating videos. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to showcase your creativity while building a loyal audience base.

Key Responsibilities

• You will perform in various video content productions, primarily focusing on reaction-style videos that require high energy and authenticity.
• Before shooting, you will thoroughly review scripts and creative briefs provided by the team to ensure alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Your collaboration skills will shine as you partner with directors and content leads, contributing to the overall creative direction of the projects.
• In this role, you will strive to maintain and embody the brand’s voice, ensuring that your performances resonate with the intended audience.
• Adaptability is key; thus, you will participate in quick reshoots or additional recording sessions as needed to refine the final product.
• As a valued team member, you will provide constructive feedback on scripts and creative concepts, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone’s input is appreciated.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A natural ability to engage with the camera, showcasing high energy and expressive facial reactions that captivate viewers.
• You must possess a solid home-recording setup, which includes good lighting, clear audio, and either a clean background or a green screen.
• It is essential to demonstrate the ability to adapt script suggestions effectively, allowing your authentic voice to shine through in the content.
• Previous experience in video creation or acting is a plus, providing a foundation for your on-camera presence and performance skills.
• Strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate efficiently with team members and contribute to creative discussions.
