Key Responsibilities
You will expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks, ensuring that each cup meets our high-quality standards.
Engaging with customers is key; you will greet patrons warmly, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee area is essential; you will ensure that your work station is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
As a Lady Barista, you will assist in training new staff members, sharing your knowledge of coffee and customer service best practices.
You will actively participate in product promotions and seasonal offerings, helping to create excitement around our coffee menu.
Your role will also involve managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the café.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience working in a high-end restaurant or café environment is required.
Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and beverage preparation techniques is essential.
A certificate in Hospitality or a related field will be considered an asset for this role.
Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you will be the face of our establishment and interact with diverse clientele.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
