This role is for a senior professional who understands both printing technology and large scale production management. You will lead the entire printing and production function of a national examinations body. - Requirements and Qualifications
You need a strong academic background in engineering or printing technology. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro Mechanical Engineering combined with a certificate in Printing Technology is acceptable.
Alternatively, a Diploma in Printing Technology, Print Production, or a related field is also considered. A Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields with printing certification also qualifies.
Extra qualifications in printing technology or management give you an advantage. They show you can lead both technical and business aspects of the role.
You must have at least 12 years of experience in the printing industry. At least 3 years should be at a senior level where you managed teams or operations.
You must demonstrate leadership skills, strong knowledge of printing systems, and experience in layout and design processes.

Expected range, UGX 8,000,000 to UGX 15,000,000 per month.
