Women In Technology Uganda (WitU) is looking for 3 experienced Program Instructors for a consultancy role in Gulu to deliver practical digital skills training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver practical digital skills training and mentorship.
Develop and adapt learner-centred training materials.
Integrate digital safety, responsible technology use, and TFGBV prevention.
Track learner progress and maintain training records.
Support reporting, safeguarding, and coordination with the training team.
What They’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant digital/technology field.
Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in digital skills training or ICT facilitation.
Technical Expertise: Practical skills in digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, or data analytics.
Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of digital safety and TFGBV prevention, along with strong communication and facilitation skills.
