About the Role
The Senior Full Stack Developer position at Talentuch plays a crucial role in transforming the mortgage industry by developing innovative solutions that replace outdated practices. In this position, you will take full ownership of features, from building user interfaces with Vue to managing backend processes with Django. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of mortgage transactions, providing tangible results shortly after deployment. In the initial months, you will familiarize yourself with the existing systems, collaborate with the development team, and start implementing your own features that enhance user experience and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
You will work on building and maintaining features across the technology stack, utilizing Vue 3 and TypeScript for the frontend and Django for the backend.
Your role will involve evolving core systems that handle loan pricing and investor eligibility, ensuring they operate efficiently and accurately.
You will integrate various components of the mortgage ecosystem, collaborating with platforms for loan origination, credit evaluations, and due diligence.
Your tasks will include designing data models and developing background pipelines that maintain performance even as transaction volumes rise.
You will write and maintain tests using frameworks like pytest and Vitest to ensure the reliability and integrity of the software.
Daily interactions with AI coding agents will be part of your workflow, leveraging their capabilities to enhance your development processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience building production-level software, with deep knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
You should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, as the project heavily relies on these technologies.
Proficiency in Python and Django is essential, along with strong skills in designing RESTful APIs and managing databases.
Experience in complex platform environments, handling real data and integrations at scale, is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are necessary as the team collaborates across international boundaries.
