About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated WFH Data Entry Clerk to join our team during the night shift. This remote position is ideal for individuals who excel in independent work and are available to contribute during Australian night hours. Your role is critical in ensuring accurate data management, which supports the overall operations of Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Input data from various sources into the company’s databases accurately during night hours.
• Verify data for precision and completeness, making corrections when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data in line with company policies and regulations.
• Organize and file documents post data entry for easy access and retrieval.
• Conduct regular data backups to protect against data loss.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding data discrepancies or issues.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures related to data handling and entry.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in data entry or an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
• Exceptional typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
• A reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup for night work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
