As the Knowledge Management & Communications Advisor for the CASCADE Project, you'll be at the helm of our communication strategies, steering the way we share knowledge both internally and externally. In this role, your days will be a mix of content creation, data analysis, and strategic planning. You'll delve into the nitty-gritty of knowledge management systems, ensuring that every piece of information is not just stored but utilized to its full potential. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams.

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within an NGO.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale communication campaigns.
  • Proven track record in knowledge management and data dissemination.
