About the Role

As a Sales/Business Development Manager at MOBISERVE in Kampala, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by securing new customers and enhancing our market presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and conduct negotiations to finalize deals.
  • Manage existing client relationships to foster loyalty and enhance sales through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor actions to pinpoint growth areas.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies for new offerings and regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that increase lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
  • Explore partnership opportunities to broaden the company’s reach.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client objectives to provide customized solutions.
  • Keep accurate sales pipelines and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in nurturing client relationships and understanding their needs.
