About the Role

The Senior Manager for Regional Benefits at Iron Mountain is a pivotal position that influences the employee experience across the EMEA region. This role is crucial for ensuring that the benefits programs are not only compliant but also financially sustainable, ultimately supporting the company’s commitment to enhancing the well-being of its workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of innovative benefits strategies tailored for the EMEA region.
  • Lead & Mentor: Oversee a high-performing benefits team, providing mentorship to foster professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Design & Accountability: Take charge of designing and delivering compliant, sustainable benefits programs, including time-off policies.
  • Collaborate Globally & Locally: Act as a liaison with HR, finance, and procurement leaders to ensure alignment and effective program delivery.
  • Align with Corporate Frameworks: Ensure that team members understand and apply core design principles in line with the company’s broader strategic goals.
  • Manage Renewals & Financials: Lead the annual benefits plan renewals, including budget management and cost-sharing strategies.
  • Leverage Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to identify cost drivers and opportunities for optimizing financial management of benefits.
  • Maintain Compliance & Governance: Ensure all benefits programs adhere to relevant regulations and governance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in benefits management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial management as it relates to benefits programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in the EMEA region is a plus.
