About the Role

The EN Payment Tech position at Manpower/itec plays a vital role in the effective management of payments for Employment Networks (ENs) participating in the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. This program is essential for facilitating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, making your contribution significant in promoting economic independence and empowerment. In the initial months, you will be immersed in understanding the payment processes, collaborating closely with the Sr. Payment Specialist, and developing relationships with ENs to ensure they are informed and satisfied. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage inquiries will be critical as you navigate the fast-paced environment of payment processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide clear and concise instructions to Employment Networks about their payment processes and distribution timelines, ensuring they are well-informed at every stage.
  • Your role will involve delivering information to ENs with professionalism and precision, demonstrating a sense of urgency that reflects the importance of timely payments.
  • Collaboration with the Sr. Payment Specialist will be key as you work to ensure that all deliverables are met, contributing to the overall success of the payment operations.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to EN Payment inquiries will be part of your daily duties, assisting ENs with understanding the status of their payments and clarifying policy details.
  • You will assist in processing EN Payments, ensuring that all reimbursement requests from ENs and State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies (SVRAs) are evaluated for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Your responsibilities will also include creating automated payment solutions utilizing the iTOPSS system, enhancing the efficiency of payment processing.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports by collecting and analyzing data will be essential for maintaining transparency and accountability in the payment process.
  • You will stay updated on trends and changes in the payment landscape, ensuring that ENs are aware of services that can lead to greater success in their operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
