About the Role

As a Client Facing Direct Mail Specialist at TNT Growth, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of direct mail accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and timely updates throughout their campaigns. This position is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships; you will be the primary point of contact, providing clarity and responsiveness that clients can rely on. In your first few months, you will familiarize yourself with internal processes, build rapport with clients, and ensure that all aspects of the direct mail campaigns run smoothly from inception to execution. Your ability to manage timelines and coordinate with various internal teams will be essential in achieving our client’s goals and maintaining their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will handle day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Your role will involve managing campaign timelines meticulously, ensuring every detail is accounted for from the initial brief to the final mail drop.
  • Proactively providing status updates to clients will be a key part of your job, so they are always informed without needing to ask.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including creative, data, and print vendors, will be essential to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
  • You will identify potential risks early in the process and escalate issues alongside proposed solutions, demonstrating foresight and problem-solving skills.
  • Documentation will be a critical part of your responsibilities, including creative approvals, list specifications, drop dates, and performance recaps, ensuring all information is clear and accessible.
  • Additionally, you will be the first line of troubleshooting for any delivery issues, including USPS tracking and discrepancies in campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing account or project management position, specifically within direct mail, print, or performance marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with clients and internal teams regularly.
  • Strong organizational abilities are required to ensure that clients and leadership do not have to follow up on tasks or updates.
  • You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and possess the independence to manage tasks without requiring constant guidance.
  • An eye for detail is crucial, as you must maintain high standards without allowing speed to suffer.
  • Familiarity with direct mail production cycles, USPS Informed Delivery, or list management practices will be beneficial.
