Key Responsibilities
- You will assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews to identify the best candidates for various positions.
- Maintaining accurate employee records will be a key part of your duties, ensuring that all documentation is organized and up to date.
- You will conduct orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company culture and policies to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
