About the Role

The Senior Product Manager position at Elegant Networks PTE. LTD. is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the anyIP customer dashboard to improve user activation and overall satisfaction. This position is critical as it bridges customer insights with product development, ensuring that the dashboard meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. In your initial months, you will engage with customers to gather feedback, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the design team to create an intuitive user experience. Your contributions will directly impact user engagement and the product’s success in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the ownership of the customer dashboard strategy, managing its roadmap, backlog, and ensuring measurable product outcomes are achieved.
• Your role will involve prioritizing new features, UX enhancements, and addressing technical debt based on customer insights and business data.
• By conducting 4–6 customer interviews each month, you will gain valuable insights from various user segments, including new, active, and churned customers.
• Utilizing PostHog analytics, you will identify user friction points and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements to the dashboard.
• You will collaborate closely with the Product Designer to propose usability improvements and create user journeys that enhance the overall user experience.
• Designing and running experiments to optimize key user flows, such as onboarding and payment processes, will be part of your responsibilities to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles.
• You should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in using product analytics tools, particularly PostHog, to derive actionable insights.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions is essential.
• A solid understanding of UX design principles and experience collaborating with design teams on product development is expected.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to convey product strategies and updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
