About the Role

The Analyst position at Elysium Bayside offers a unique opportunity to engage with a landmark development project in Gibraltar, aimed at blending historical and contemporary architectural elements. This role is critical as it supports the project by providing valuable data insights that drive decision-making processes. In your first few months, you will work part-time in a remote capacity, where you will gather and analyze data related to market trends and project performance. You will also collaborate with various teams, gaining exposure to different aspects of urban development and contributing to the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will collect and analyze data regarding market trends and project performance, ensuring your findings are aligned with business objectives.
  • Your role will involve preparing comprehensive dashboards and reports for internal teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Assisting in financial and operational modeling will be a key responsibility, enabling better forecasting and strategic planning for the project.
  • You will monitor key performance metrics regularly to provide insights that support the team’s strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with project managers, architects, and marketing professionals will be essential to ensure that analyses meet the evolving requirements of the project.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and documenting methodologies will be crucial, along with suggesting process improvements based on your analysis and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
