Over the first few months, interns will participate in weekly mentorship sessions, allowing them to track their progress and adapt their learning experiences to meet their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement features for the LoadMaster platform, ensuring functionality meets user needs.
• Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality and share best practices with peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Engage in debugging processes, identifying and resolving software issues to maintain the performance and reliability of the application.
• Document software specifications and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference within the team.
• Contribute to the testing phases of software development, ensuring that new features are thoroughly vetted before deployment.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining effective communication with the development team during weekly check-ins.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Applicants must be current university students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, pursuing a degree in ICT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.8 is required to ensure academic competence and commitment to excellence.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm for real-world software development practices are essential for success in this role.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the development tasks, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, is preferred.
