About the Role
As a Fusion 360 Expert at YO AI Labs, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing computer-aided design (CAD) and manufacturing workflows. This position is crucial for ensuring that AI-generated designs meet the highest standards of accuracy and practicality. In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the evaluation of CAD content, collaborating with a dynamic team to refine processes and deliver valuable feedback. Your expertise will not only influence product quality but also contribute to the advancement of innovative design solutions in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess CAD designs and manufacturing workflows to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications.
Provide expert feedback on CAD, CAM, and CNC processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Evaluate AI-generated technical content for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that the designs are practical for real-world applications.
Develop and apply evaluation criteria for CAD and manufacturing tasks, creating a standardized approach to assess design quality.
Document findings clearly and provide detailed feedback to the design and engineering teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback into design iterations and improve overall project outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, FreeCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Onshape is essential.
A strong understanding of CAD and manufacturing processes will be crucial for evaluating designs effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to articulate feedback clearly to team members.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking will aid in identifying discrepancies and suggesting improvements.
Preferred candidates will have experience with Autodesk tools, particularly Fusion 360 or AutoCAD, as well as knowledge of CAM and CNC machining.
