WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the face of our Naalya Branch, your day-to-day will involve:
- Crushing Sales Goals: Welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their fitness needs, and recommending the right sports apparel and equipment.
- Styling & Merchandising: Keeping the store looking fresh, organized, and visually appealing to everyone who walks through the door.
- Product Expertise: Learning the ins and outs of our athletic brands to provide top-notch advice to sports lovers.
- Smooth Checkout: Handling point-of-sale transactions (cash, cards, and mobile money) with speed and accuracy.
- Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory. restocking shelves, and ensuring popular items are always available.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Female, aged 25 to 30 years.
- High school graduate minimum; a certificate or diploma in business, marketing, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Energetic, vibrant, and confident. A personal interest in gym, running, sports, or an active lifestyle is a huge plus!
- Great communication skills, fluency in English, basic math skills for sales transactions, and a quick learner.
