Technical Operators
Location: Kakungulu Plant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Machine operation
- Maintenance
- Quality Production
- Documentation and Accountability
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Computer skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to company procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- At least one (1) year of experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with automated production lines will be an added advantage
