BM CS SPECIALIST (BUILDING MATERIALS CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST)
YOU WILL BE GREAT AT:
- Working with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Handling customer inquiries via calls, emails & in person
- Processing orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems
- Providing product information & technical support
- Handling returns, exchanges & warranty claims
- Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate customer records
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in building materials or sanitary ware industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Local languages are an advantage
- Strong product knowledge, problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM/ERP systems
