Key Responsibilities

• You will complete structured creative tasks using a variety of tools, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe After Effects, to produce high-quality design outputs.
• Your expertise will be essential in evaluating AI-generated designs for their quality, usability, and realism, ensuring they adhere to established project criteria.
• You will be responsible for reviewing creative outputs against professional design standards, providing detailed annotations and ratings to guide improvements.
• Constructive feedback will be a key part of your role, as you document observations and suggest enhancements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• In your assessments, you will focus on important design elements such as composition, typography, layout, and overall user experience to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Meeting project deadlines while following guidelines is crucial, as you strive to deliver exceptional work within agreed timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or related creative fields is required for this role.
• Proficiency in design applications such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools regularly.
• Experience in AI human-data work, particularly in data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation, is necessary to qualify for this position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or above) are important for effective collaboration and feedback.
• While a formal degree is not mandatory, practical experience in creative fields is highly valued, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
