Seed Global Health is a non-governmental organization dedicated to strengthening health systems by investing in health workers through education, training, and mentorship. The organization partners with governments, universities, health institutions, and communities to build the capacity of doctors, nurses, and midwives to provide quality healthcare services. In Uganda, Seed Global Health works with the Ministry of Health and local partners to improve healthcare outcomes, with a focus on emergency care and maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH). The organization supports health workforce development through training, clinical practice improvement, and policy engagement to expand access to high-quality healthcare services
