Your role will involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, cost per order, and return rates to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is essential for this role.
At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics management is required to effectively navigate the complexities of this position.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel or business intelligence (BI) tools, is crucial for performance monitoring.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in process optimization, will be necessary to enhance operational workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities will be important as you work with various internal and external partners.
