About the Role

ICEA Lion Uganda is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Executive Sales Agent to join our vibrant team in Kampala. This position is essential for driving the sales of our diverse range of insurance, investment, and trust fund products, ultimately contributing to the financial well-being of our clients and the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to assess their financial needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Present and articulate the advantages of our insurance, investment, and trust fund products to clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives by successfully closing deals and acquiring new clients.
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute effective sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance industry knowledge, product understanding, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire sales cycle and afterwards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Prior knowledge or experience in Insurance, Investments, and Trust Funds is highly beneficial.
• A Certificate of Proficiency from ITC is a plus, enhancing your candidacy.
