About the Role
The Route Sales Van Manager plays a crucial role in the operations of Keshwala Group, a company dedicated to providing quality fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to its customers. This position is essential for ensuring that products are efficiently distributed across various sales routes, fostering strong relationships with retailers and clients. In the first few months, you will be focused on understanding the distribution network, optimizing sales routes, and learning how to effectively manage inventory and cash flow. You will work closely with sales representatives and van assistants, guiding them in their daily tasks to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- You will oversee daily van sales operations, ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time to clients along designated routes.
- The role involves planning and optimizing sales routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.
- You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, ensuring that all deliveries are documented correctly and cash collections are reconciled accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications
