Key Responsibilities
You will conduct a comprehensive assessment of current business processes in essential insurance functions such as Policy Administration, Underwriting, and Claims Management.
Engaging with stakeholders, you will perform interviews to gather insights on operational challenges and existing processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of the business landscape.
Documentation of current-state processes will be a key task, as you identify governance gaps and data management challenges that need addressing.
In your role, you will analyze operational bottlenecks caused by ineffective data governance practices, providing a foundation for meaningful process improvements.
You will design and document up to five critical business processes, including both current-state and future-state governed process flows, ensuring clarity and alignment across departments.
Facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support the definition and standardization of key business terms, enhancing overall data governance and consistency.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector is required for this role.
You should possess strong functional knowledge of Claims Management and Policy Administration, enabling effective analysis and process improvement.
Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating business workshops is essential to ensure successful engagement with various teams.
Proficiency in business process analysis, process mapping, and business transformation will be crucial for your success in this position.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary to manage stakeholder expectations and convey governance requirements effectively.
