About the Role
The Talent Source Intern position at United Tech is a unique opportunity for individuals who have completed sourcing courses and are eager to gain practical experience in candidate sourcing. This role is part of the Source Up program, designed to transition theory into practice by working on actual vacancies within the company. Over the course of a month, interns will be fully immersed in the Talent Acquisition team’s processes, where they will actively engage in sourcing candidates and honing their skills. With the support of a personal buddy, interns will receive guidance and feedback to enhance their learning and performance, setting the stage for potential long-term career opportunities within United Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- You will join the Talent Acquisition team, actively contributing to the recruitment of real candidates for various vacancies at United Tech.
- Your main task will involve utilizing modern sourcing tools to search for and identify suitable candidates who fit the company’s needs.
- As part of your role, you will build and test search hypotheses, effectively employing Boolean search techniques across diverse sourcing channels.
- You will initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates, ensuring they remain engaged with the opportunities available at United Tech.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of your sourcing approaches will be crucial, and you will receive constructive feedback to refine your methods.
- Working closely with your assigned buddy, you will apply their recommendations to develop your skills rapidly in the sourcer role.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Your English proficiency should be at least B1 level or higher, enabling effective communication with candidates and team members.
