Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process mobile money transactions to ensure efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain precise records of all transactions and ensure proper reporting.
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
  • Quickly resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow company policies diligently to maintain operational integrity.
  • Assist in daily transaction reconciliation and identify any discrepancies.
  • Ensure the security of cash and mobile money equipment at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Female candidates under 24 years of age are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum education level of S4 or S6 is required.
  • Must reside in or around Mutundwe, Kitebi, Bunamwaya, or Nyanama.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile money operations is essential.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic are a must.
