About the Role

The Trust & Safety Associate position at Pocket Worlds is a vital role that ensures a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for players. By managing sensitive reports and collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll play a significant part in upholding community guidelines and enhancing user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the player report system and efficiently address player concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and resolve reports, maintaining high standards of responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Live-Operations teams to tackle complex guideline violations and integrate Trust & Safety policies.
• Identify potential abuse risks in new features, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Engage directly with players through designated channels to assist in resolving their reports.
• Participate in a diverse Trust & Safety team that operates globally, fostering an inclusive work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in content moderation.
• A college degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with technical systems, including CRMs and moderation tools.
• A strong interest in mobile gaming and its community dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote working environment.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts as needed.
• Comfort with navigating challenges within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining quality.
