About the Role

The Medical Sales Representative position at TRANSCHEM UGANDA is a crucial role in enhancing healthcare access by promoting essential medical and pharmaceutical products. This full-time opportunity in Kampala allows you to connect with healthcare professionals, ensuring they have access to quality medications and supplies while fostering strong relationships within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell medical products.
• Conduct client visits to present detailed product information and address technical inquiries.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio while achieving designated sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient product delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven skills in medical sales, including effective product promotion and territory management.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities for engaging with healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product usage and safety.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is highly preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills, with a capacity to work independently.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and report writing.
• Must have valid authorization to work in Uganda and be willing to travel within Kampala and surrounding areas.
