About the Role

Join Koolboks as a Telesales Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base in Uganda. This position is essential for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships, making it a key contributor to our mission of delivering innovative products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with current and prospective customers to present Koolboks’ offerings.
• Respond to inquiries related to product details, pricing, and availability.
• Accurately document customer orders and transaction details.
• Identify and qualify leads for the external sales team.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, payments, and feedback.
• Utilize approved conversation scripts to navigate discussions and address customer objections.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to meet customer needs.
• Achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales and call targets consistently.
• Provide insightful reports and feedback on market trends and customer behaviors.
• Assist in additional sales or customer engagement projects as directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
• Quick learner with the capability to explain products effectively.
• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry.
• Goal-driven with a proven history of achieving sales targets.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
