About the Role

As a PDF Forms Operations Specialist at Ruby Labs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our D2C subscription products by managing a comprehensive library of fillable PDF forms. This position is vital for ensuring that our documents meet the high standards expected by our extensive customer base, impacting thousands of users from the moment they are released.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare PDF Forms: Source and format tax, administrative, and business forms into clean, fillable PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure forms render accurately across different devices and consistently function within the product editor.
• Content Management: Upload and categorize forms in the CMS, maintaining an organized library as production scales.
• Continuous Improvement: Audit existing forms to enhance their quality and usability over time.
• Production Efficiency: Drive weekly output targets while utilizing AI tools to streamline sourcing and formatting processes.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with content and product teams to prioritize form development based on market needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content or document operations, or a similar production role.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat form preparation, including field types, tab orders, and validations.
• Experience managing content in a CMS with a focus on organization and accessibility.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-accuracy, high-volume work consistently.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance personal efficiency in operations.
