- Ensure that inventory is readily available across all warehouses, closely monitoring stock levels to prevent any out-of-stock situations on marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate replenishment efforts and inter-warehouse transfers in collaboration with the procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring seamless operations.
- Drive Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) readiness by tracking and enhancing on-time delivery rates, valid tracking rates, and managing cancellation rates effectively.
- Monitor parcel carrier performance by analyzing the root causes of delays and collaborating with both 3PLs and carriers to implement corrective measures.
- Onboard new 3PL partners by supporting the selection process, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the operational ramp-up from warehouse setup to the first shipment go-live.
- Translate specific marketplace requirements into operational frameworks, ensuring clarity in how fulfillment needs are met across various platforms such as Amazon SFP and others.
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards that reflect fulfillment performance metrics, delivery speeds by region, and cost per shipment for transparency and decision-making.
- Document operational processes to establish a solid foundation for scalability, collaborating with the incoming Senior Director of Logistics to enhance operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations, preferably from the seller or brand perspective.
- Proven hands-on experience working with third-party logistics providers, including performance management and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs).
- A solid understanding of parcel carrier operations and key performance indicators, including pickup, linehaul, last mile, and tracking events.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a comfort level in working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational data on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a structured, self-directed manner, particularly within a remote environment.
