About the Role

The Technical Trainer position at Procon Consulting is a vital role that focuses on enhancing the capabilities of users involved in federal construction and facilities programs. This position is essential for translating complex technology and business processes into straightforward training materials that facilitate user adoption of the Kahua platform. In the first few months, you will collaborate with implementation leads and subject-matter experts to develop tailored training sessions, ensuring users feel confident and competent in utilizing the software. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials that simplify technical concepts and processes for end-users.
• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of the Kahua platform.
• Work closely with application experts to gather insights and best practices, integrating them into training content.
• Support users during system deployments by providing on-the-spot assistance and guidance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics, making continuous improvements where necessary.
• Create job aids, quick-reference materials, and eLearning content that enhances user engagement and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience that demonstrates your proficiency in training and technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering adult or software end-user training, showcasing your expertise in instructional methodologies.
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, or project management platforms, with a strong preference for familiarity with Kahua.
• Exceptional instructional design skills, including the ability to create role-specific curricula and user-friendly training materials.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, allowing you to effectively engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
